Three ships, one mission!
Following the annual sail cargo alliance meeting hosted by New Dawn Traders in Cornwall, England, our team decided to pass by our friends and partners in the Netherlands on the way back to Denmark. Our busy schedule brought us to Amsterdam, Harlingen and Den Helder.
We visited SAILCARGO INC. and admired their new ship Vega, wished safe travels to Giulia from FairWinds Food Network on her journey across the Atlantic with School at Sea, had a great time with our friends at Fairtransportand their flagship Tres Hombres and finally also met with Kaap Koffie and their ship Ide Min.
It’s always a pleasure to connect with other sail cargo projects, especially if you consider them friends and future partners, and remind us of the common goal: to offer an ethical and green transport alternative!
Our visit made clear that we are definitely not alone in this, in fact, there is a strong community awaiting us, which supports each other – even from afar!
